Summer of 2016 my family and I along with a team from my home church served in the small village of La Paz, Honduras for two weeks. On the outskirt hills of the town is a pavillion turned into a feeding center where families can come eat certain meals and women can take classes and lessons on skills like sewing and bead making. The team put a new roof, walls, and windows on a families home, performed a VBS, and brought bags of rice and beans to the nearby mountain communities.
This was the first time I used my photography for ministry. From looking at these pictures I can see how far I have come from my learning and experience so far. It is encouraging to see these pictures and know I have grown because this means I can only go up from here and keep growing in my skill.
